Your first day

There is no sample data. You try the ledger on your own work, which is the only test that tells you anything.

1. Connect your inbox

Make sure your agent can reach your email, through your mail tool. See Connect your mail. If you have no mail tool yet, you can paste emails into the chat.

2. Write your SOP

Learn what an SOP and a milestone are, then write your SOP with the agent. See Milestones and SOPs and Write your SOP. The agent will not mark progress on work that has no SOP.

3. Record one real job

Pick one real quote, booking or job. Have the agent find every past email about it, oldest first, and record them. Then ask:

What is waiting on me?

The agent answers with the questions only you can answer and the follow-ups that are due, each with the email behind it.
